"Odboy & Erordog, episode 1" is the first in a series of experimental cartoons with new music. It's in many ways an exploration of a new kind of music drama (as in opera, ballet, etc.), trying to bridge low-brow and high-brow culture.

The work is based on three key elements from my childhood; cartoons, early 1980's computer games, and nightmares. These three elements, coupled with my love for old black & white film aesthetics and electronic music, form a framework for the resulting piece.

The work was premiered at Fylkingen, Stockholm, Sweden on September 12th 2008 and has later been included in my audiovisual live set, "The Kafkagarden Lichtspiel Show", alongside other audiovisual pieces in collaboration with people such as "Salad Fingers" creator David Firth and animator Liam Frankland.
